When boys meet girls

When they give you monosyllabic answers...

When they tease you about your fats, your lousy dress sense and for mopping over the male lead that died in the movie...

Men. Or boys, like how I like to call them.

We don't ever get enough of them, do we?

Gushing about your cute neighbour that stays on the 6th floor? The one we met at the arcade and your friend’s cousin's auntie's son who looks like Takeshi Kaneshiro?

Okay… you get the point. Girls like to talk about cute guys.

But it's surprising to see in survey stats that girls don't rank looks as the top priority for their life partners.

Character & career matter more to them.

But then again, maybe it's not that surprising considering that the made-up for men & women is different. We women, look beyond the superficiality factor.

Oops, that probably pressed the button in some men.

Actually, what women seek for is just comfort, security & someone that they can laugh along with. Someone to share your jokes & your ups & downs…We are actually easily contented…

Yeah right, I can almost hear instantaneous protests from my brothers now.

Well, women may be hard to please at times but seriously, if you know your woman deep enough, you know what it really takes to put a smile on her.
