1st time playinG!

Today was the first time i played guitar for YF, was actually quite nervous even though i have practiced the song before. It was Rejoice in the Lord always which was pretty easy cos it had only had 2 chords.

I was pretty nervous initially but after a while, i felt more calm..

then i played How great thou art with spencer together which we only practiced before the session. i was really surprised i cld play it! i think God really had a part to play in this. I really feel he is guiding my fingers 2 strum the notes, the transitions & to keep up with the timing.

it's strange but i cldnt do it when i first came in touch with guitar almost 5 years back.. and within a few weeks, i have improved leaps & bounds. Maybe God really wants me to replace Irving since he has gone to NS and there r some sats where Spencer might have to work as well.

Besides, it has always been a dream 2 be able to play. tanks to all who have been encouraging me. even though i am still quite "lan" i will try to practice hard on it~~
