Does he or does he not?
These few days while talking to friends, was just thinking about this issue...
Is it possible to sense if someone likes you?
And most of them gave comments like
"it's quite obvious"
"can see thru the body language"
"you can tell one lor.."
It just amazes me, doesn't it? That the subtle tells more than the direct actions? Like it's not the straight-in-the-face, "i think i like you" kinda stuff but expressed more thru the actions of a person.
But still, there is still so much ambiquity. Cos we deceive ourselves, we try to delude ourselves. We go into the questioning of "does he/she like me or not?" "do u think he/she likes me?" "why did he/she do that?" "why did he/she say something like that?"
All this guessing is pretty unhealthy i think. Why can't we just ask the person straight in the face,i wonder?
Cos we r prideful, fearful of rejection? Or cos we know that nothing much will come out of it, really.
Hmm, just some food for thought arh.

it's easier said then done..especially with people we like, we tend to deceive ourselves that they like us back..the most obvious way to find out of course is to ask..if he/ she likes you then good la..but if you are willing to sacrifice your pride to ask, will the other person sacrifice his/ her pride to reject you and then stay in touch? lots of people feel awkward after the "question"..though we are supposedly "matured", regarding things to do with emotions, i guess we are never matured enough!
