Your Faithfulness to me...

Hi everyone, I'm back!!

Sorry for the absence..n lack of entries. Been so busy wit
h work that have no time to blog siah!!

Anyway June & July are like wedding months for me.. N
ope i am not getting married!!! Ha.. I wish.. Went for Damien & Liangfang's wedding last Sat. The theme was

Faithfulness.
It seems quite an unusual theme but yet it speaks of what a true marriage should be about. This aspect of faithfulness. Marriage is about being faithful to the partner. Yet, we're living in a society that seems void of faithfulness. It's not uncommon to hear break-ups, divor
ces, infidelity. Even when marriages are intact, there are often hidden cracks in the relationship.

It seems such a tough challenge to be faithful yet horrifying when I hear stories of people cheating on their partners. Imagine a couple that promised to spend eternity with each other.. Yet when they reach home, the husband just sits in front of the TV. The wife busy with household chores. They don't talk much... so busy with their own lives and it's not about two becoming one..

And not to mention, how someone that loves u so much can actually be seeing another woman behind your back... :( I've heard enuff stories on that....

But at the wedding, the speaker shared that faithfulness can happen with God...

Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands. (Deuteronomy 7:9)

God is faithful, as he promised to send his Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. And it is really love for his people that he keeps to his Promise.

So indeed, only True Love can withstand all difficulties and it's not just the lovey-dovey feeling but really sacrificial kinda-love.

Oh man.. I feel myself so mushY! Ha.. anyway enjoy the photos below!
Okay.. the photos v nice rite...but ya if you noticed, the married couple is not inside.. Ha.... heading for another wedding today!!! Woahh...
