we watched thru all the 15 productions. really feel qt impressed in the cohort cos as i mentioned to ms ng & the class, i feel that it is cool seeing how all 15 grps came up with different stuff to entertain.

our batch is really creative! i was qt blown away by some of the performances certainly.

personal favourites?

1. Lennel's so original Hakka-fusion.. wow so cool & original! qt an interesting idea to have a song & an accompanying dancer
2. Double Trouble! Noraini & Fiza just fizzles in this act!
3. Clyde's fusion-x grp was good too!

well, i think they awarded some prizes wrongly! bernard should be best actor award for his wonderful one-liners, ooopz i mean two-liners. i mean its just so farnie that he acted like he wasnt acting.

n fiza & amin as the most popular hosts! i am sure they will go a long way, i really hope to see them on national tv soon! then amin can finally call himself diva!

well, helped with 2 productions today. did cam 2 & lights. was qt fun. cant believe i actually have to rely on others' productions to get hands on the equipment.

well multicam is really officially over! i am gonna miss it.. its just so interesting lor!

well, i am just super happy tat everyting is over.. all 3 projects. today i was super nervous, cold & hungry in the studios. From 9am to 2+, by the time i left the studio, i had a splitting headache. (results of staying in aircon place 2 long)

well, aniwae 2 make my pt..y i really enjoyed his performance was becos he played on this grand piano.. & later on, i realised tat it was actually a bit like a synthesizer? where the rest of the drums and instruments are programmed in.. sorry i am not musically inclined but aniwae u get the idea lah..

he din choose 2 sing the popular sappy song but did a jazz number and arghhh i just love his performance... he connected so much with the audience & u cld see tat he wasnt just doing another number to thank his fans. (unlike ms stef sun who looked so bored). he was just so great!! ANd cOOLLLL!!!

but guess he's one of the rare ones in the chinese music scene... which is y i adore his music.

chuckles, i din even watched the rest except for faye wong who performed after him. i am not really a fan of faye wong but she is a cool chick lah..

been studying jap since 8pm.. in between had some chats with my parents and also roger.

decided 2 use the cdrom 2 revise my vocab since it is more interesting than d text book. well, i have covered most of the stuff..

there's realli qt alot of things 2 study for the jap test.. wanted 2 do more of the exercises but its really tough n scary..cos i have 2 slowly transcript all the words..haa. n worse still, i have situations i managed 2 pronounce the word, and then i go "har?" wads tat word supposed 2 mean..

but at least its a written test this week.

i haven started on my multicam individual!!! i have taken d photos but haven gtten down 2 doing it. wanted 2 do it today but kinda troubled by some probs tat my cousin is facing... well, i still have tmr, friday & sat... but at least i have settled d story board fotos thanks to my beloved church mates!! i thank u guys once again!

woohoo another monday film class.

we watched ocean's eleven.. & i think george clooney is much cuter than brad pitt. maybe cos in the first place, i find brad pitt too pretty boy material. ha..

it was an interesting show i must say.. though i felt that d director was taking us on a joy ride. might catch Ocean's 12 when it comes out.

freaky thing that happened to me in class. well, the other time i watched I-robot on Sunday, d next day mr. d mentions it in class. well, i thought tat was arite cos it was a new show.

but over the weekend i rented mystic river & i was wundering...will mr. d talked abt it today? but unlikely cos its not a new show.. and guess wad he did.. so when he mentioned the movie.. i squealed in my seat... hahha... sheer coincidence siah!

Aniway Mystic River starring Sean Penn, Tim Robbins & Kevin Bacon was so goood!!! minus the vulgarities.. i never knew there were such great actors in hollywood. I mean in my mind, Hollywood seems to just be a money-making machine place but well Sean Penn kinda just proved me wrong.

In two of the scenes when he was crying and talking about his murdered daughter, you feel so much for him! I think i wept a bit... even though i watched it on my laptop, it seemed so real. i felt so sad for him that he lost his daughter.

& for once, kevin bacon seemed qt likeable. I dunno cos he alwas gives me a bad guy feeling..i feel scared looking at his face.. but in this show, he's pretty likeable in a sense.. tryiing 2 piece everything together and solve the big crime.

well, tim robbins looked so haggard in the show, i almost forgot i watched him in shawshank redemption.

aniwae i am so sad film class is gonna be over!!! :( it's such a fun elective even though there is lotsa writing 2 be done but its just great to sit down and watch a movie and tear it apart. Not to mention that going to the cinema is part of doing homework..

back from YF. KTC is on again tmr. tmr we r going street E.. cool! will be our second outing.. well, not all will be able to come cos some have choir prac..but its alrite cos we will stil be sharing.

street E is nothing new 2 me..but i think for my youths, its a whole lot of difference..for many of them...in fact almost all, it is new.

the experience of sharing the gospel to strangers is intriguing yet refreshing at the same time. Becos u never know whom u might meet. a person on the street could jolly well end up as a fellow bro/sis in Christ in 5 years' time.

it happens cos i noe of true case scenarios.

i noe non-christians hate it when we talk 2 them. i would if i were a non-christian too..

but why Christians do it. cos we love them & we love God. God's love compels us 2 do it.

anyway the Bible says that people will hate Christians because of Him. so well, i just gotta get used 2 it.

Finished my handout and the 12 sentences though i think they are all gramatically wrong..but anyway sensei's gonna mark it right.

never realised tat life in cmm can be tat stressful. next yr during open hse, i am def gonna warn the pple who wanna come in.

we did a few rehearsals in the studios just now! thank God for Amin and his dancers... actually i dun realli wanna be director one..but ms ng.. i understand her pt of view lah but sometimes we also wanna be put thru the process 2.. now i will never realli getto do VM or AD. :(

There were VIPs who came to watch us just now. I dun even noe how many... i just rem either Casey or Kaiyan whispering 2 me: They are behind & so ms carmen just try 2 act calm and cool even though she made mistakes....haa
